If your application is successful, you will be put on trial.

The trial process consists of three phases.

INITIATION

1) You'll be invited to the guild as a Trial Rank.
2) You'll be accessed on your play abilities, attitude, willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes.
3) You'll be monitored on your play time/raid days attendance.

What to expect during this period.
Nothing

PROBATION

1) If all goes well, you will be promoted to rank Member and put on probation for a period of not more than 3 weeks.
2) During this period, all officers have the right to remove you from the guild should you fail to perform up to expectations, have a poor raid attendance or due to misconduct such as breaking the guild rules.

INTEGRATION

1) Welcome to Stasis as a full fledge raider. You will be promoted to rank Raider.
2) Any decision to demote you or remove you from the guild will have to be voted on by the guild management.
